Max Flo Integra 3 (Powder) is an integral waterproofing admixture designed to improve impermeability and protect concrete from corrosion. It utilizes advanced nano technology to chemically modify the cement matrix, reducing pore and capillary size.

USES

Max Flo Integra 3 (Powder) is used for all types of waterproofing and concrete corrosion protection including basements, water tanks, roofs, reservoirs, dams, wastewater plants, swimming pools, water treatment plants, tunnels, pile foundations, and retaining walls.

COMPATIBILITY

Max Flo Integra 3 (Powder) can be used with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and micro silica. It is compatible with most admixtures.

DOSAGE

Recommended dosage is 1.0 –2.5 % by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosage can be used after verification by conducting lab and site trials. The performance of Max Flo Integra 3 (Powder) is best assessed after preliminary tests on site using the actual concrete under consideration to determine the optimum dosage and effect on properties such strength, setting time, etc.

EFFECT OF OVERDOSING

Overdosing may result in increased workability. Proper curing is recommended to achieve desired performance.

DISPENSING

Max Flo Integra 3 (Powder) should be directly added into the concrete mixer together with the mixing water.

SHELF LIFE

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in cool and dry warehouse conditions in the original unopened packaging. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
