Max Flo VE
Max Flo VE is a chloride free admixture consisting of a mixture of highly water-soluble co-polymers molecules of which are adsorbed onto the surface of the cement granules, thereby changing the viscosity, and influencing the rheological properties of the mix.

USES
Max Flo VE is used to improve the rheology of concrete, to control bleeding in pumpable concrete, and for underwater concreting applications. It is also effective in enhancing the performance of concrete mixes that contain an inadequate quantity of fine materials.

COMPATIBILITY
Max Flo VE is compatible with all types of cement and cementitious materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and microsilica. It should not be premixed with other admixtures unless specifically recommended by a Ressichem technician.
DOSAGE
The recommended dosage of Max Flo VE is 0.05% – 0.5% by weight of cementitious material. Higher dosages may be used after verification through laboratory and site trials.
The performance of Max Flo VE is best evaluated through preliminary site trials using actual raw materials and concrete mixes to determine optimum dosage and its effect on workability, strength, and setting time.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING & NOTE
Max Flo VE must not be added directly to the dry mix. For the production of self-compacting concrete, it should be used in combination with Max Flo 4000 or Max Flo 5000 to achieve maximum efficiency.
No extension of normal mixing time is required; however, thorough mixing is essential. A self-compacting concrete mix should exhibit both high workability and high viscosity.

Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 25 Liters, and 200 Liters packaging.
DISPENSING
Max Flo VE should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with the mixing water.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool and dry warehouse in original, unopened packaging. Exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.
