Plastering and Rendering

The plastering and rendering system proposed by Ressichem is very different compared to the traditional methods.

Ressichem proposes a system of using its own Premix Plaster/Render called Ressi PlastoRend. Ressi PlastoRend is simply a predefined dry mixed plaster and render that comes in a bag form and its recommended application is via spray mortar machines.

The system on its own is very simple. A spray mortar machine is brought to the job site. Electric and water connections are set into the machine. A bag of the desired grade of Ressi PlastoRend or other premix plaster and renders of Ressichem are torn into the machine.

Once the machine itself is setup properly, the mortar for Plastering and rendering will be mixed with water and sprayed onto the desired wall or roof surface via means of spray gun. Whilst the material is sprayed onto the desired surface, corresponding masons level the surface following the spray gun plaster.
After the machine setup, the Ressichem plastering and rendering system can be defined into 3 simple steps.

  • Tear : Continually keep on tearing the bags of Ressichem Plasters and Renders into the Machine.
  • Spray : Keep on spraying the material onto the desired wall or roof surface.
  • Finish : Finish the plaster as per desired finish requirement
